General Returns

Customers must contact support before returning anything. Buyer's remorse returns are discretionary. Opened supplements, personal care items, skincare, body care, sexual wellness items, and consumables may not be eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged, defective, or wrong items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We require photos of the product, packaging, label, and shipping box.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit depending on case. Shipping fees may be non-refundable.

Exclusions

Refused deliveries, customs rejections, unclaimed packages, and incorrect addresses may not be eligible for refund. Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible. Chargeback or fraudulent orders are handled separately.
