PIPH Performance Points — Loyalty Program Terms

Program Overview
PIPH Performance Points (the “Program”) is a free, voluntary loyalty program offered by PIPH to U.S. customers age 18+. Enrollment is automatic on your first visit and may be cancelled at any time by contacting support@piph.com. The Program is offered for promotional purposes only and may be modified, suspended, or terminated by PIPH at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
Earning Points
Members earn 5 points per $1 USD spent on eligible product purchases (pre-tax, post-discount, excluding shipping and gift cards), multiplied by the member's current tier multiplier (1.0×–2.0×). Bonus points may be available for completing actions such as account creation (250 pts), product reviews (150 pts), photo/video reviews (300 pts), referrals (1,000 pts after a referred customer's first qualifying order), or marketing opt-ins (150 pts). Bonus offers are limited to one per customer unless otherwise stated and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Points are not earned on taxes, shipping, gift card purchases, returned items, fraudulent orders, or amounts paid using points.
Tiers
Tier status (Starter, Plus, Pro, Elite) is calculated from your trailing 12-month qualifying spend. Tier benefits, multipliers, and thresholds may change. Tier downgrades occur if qualifying spend falls below a tier's threshold during the rolling 12-month window.
Redemption
Points may be redeemed at checkout in fixed increments only: 500 pts → $5 off, 1,000 pts → $10 off, 2,000 pts → $25 off, 4,000 pts → $60 off. One points redemption may be applied per order. Redemptions cannot be combined with certain promotional codes; the higher discount will apply at PIPH's discretion. Points discounts apply to product subtotal only and are not applied to taxes, shipping, or gift card purchases. Redemptions are final once an order is placed.
No Cash Value
Points have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, gifted, inherited, or otherwise exchanged for cash, credit, or other consideration except as expressly provided in these Terms. Points are not a form of payment, deposit, or stored value.
Expiration & Inactivity
Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned if no qualifying purchase or qualifying activity has been made on the member account during that period. A qualifying purchase by the member resets the expiration clock for all unredeemed points. Members will receive at least one notification by email prior to scheduled expiration where contact information is on file. Expired points are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
Returns & Adjustments
If you return an item that earned points, the corresponding points will be deducted from your balance. If your balance is insufficient, the deficit may be carried forward and offset against future earnings. Promotional and bonus points may be forfeited if the qualifying activity is reversed or invalidated.
Referrals
Referrals must be sent to individuals personally known to the referring member. Self-referrals, mass distribution, paid placement, search-engine bidding on PIPH brand terms, and use of incentivized traffic are prohibited. Each referred customer may generate at most one referrer reward, paid only after the referred customer's first non-refunded qualifying order. PIPH may reverse referral rewards associated with refunded, fraudulent, or non-compliant referrals.
Fraud, Abuse & Suspension
PIPH may, in its sole discretion, audit member accounts, withhold or revoke points, suspend redemption, close accounts, or terminate Program membership for any actual or suspected fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, violation of these Terms, or violation of PIPH's Terms of Service. Examples include creating multiple accounts, manipulating reviews, using bots, or providing false information.
Account Closure & Program Termination
If your PIPH account is closed (by you or by PIPH), all points are forfeited immediately and may not be redeemed. If the Program is terminated, PIPH will provide reasonable advance notice and a redemption window where required by law; otherwise, all unredeemed points will be forfeited at termination.
Taxes
Members are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that may apply to points earned or redeemed. PIPH does not provide tax advice.
Changes to These Terms
PIPH may amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-account notice where reasonably practicable. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility & Geography
The Program is open to natural persons aged 18+ with a valid PIPH account and a U.S. shipping address. Employees of PIPH and their immediate families are not eligible to earn promotional bonus points. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
Privacy
Your participation in the Program is subject to the PIPH Privacy Policy. We use account, purchase, and engagement data to operate the Program, calculate tier status, and personalize offers.
