Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment verification. Fulfillment usually takes 1–5 business days before shipping. Large or bulk orders may take longer.
Domestic Shipping
U.S. regular shipping is estimated 2–4 business days after fulfillment. U.S. express shipping is estimated 1–3 business days after fulfillment.
International Shipping
International shipping may take longer due to customs. Customers are responsible for customs, duties, taxes, and import fees where applicable.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Incorrect addresses may delay or prevent delivery. Tracking is provided when available. PIPH is not responsible for carrier, customs, weather, address, or external delays.
